What we collect

When you send an inquiry, Aurena Craft receives the information you enter, including your name, work email, organization, role, operational stressors, and note. When you join Field Notes or request an emailed health snapshot, we receive your email address and the source of that request.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, deliver requested materials, send Field Notes when you have opted in, and understand which parts of the site are useful. Aurena Craft does not sell personal information.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It helps us understand aggregate traffic, page visits, and actions such as completing the health check or sending an inquiry. You may choose “Necessary only” and continue using the site normally.

Email delivery and retention

Website submissions are stored securely by the site host. Email addresses and message content may be processed by the email-delivery provider only to send the requested message. To request access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe from Field Notes, email natalie@aurenacraft.com.
